Recommend Tivsy

What to tell your customers, and why it means fewer support messages for you.

Tivsy carries no channels and no catalogue. It plays what your customers already pay you for — an M3U link, an Xtream Codes account, or a media server they run at home. There is nothing to partner on and nothing to sign: if the app is good for your subscribers, recommend it.

Why it is safe to recommend

It cannot compete with you

Tivsy ships empty. No bundled playlists, no directory, no search across other people's services, and no way for a viewer to find a source inside the app. Every channel a customer sees is one you gave them. A player that also sells content is a player that eventually competes with the provider recommending it; this one structurally cannot.

It respects your connection limit

Most packages allow one stream at a time. Tivsy reads the number your panel reports and paces its own failover against it, waiting longer before trying a second address on a single-connection account — because the old connection has not been released yet, and jumping straight to the next one is what gets a customer's account refused. It also says so in plain words when a stream is refused, instead of telling them their password is wrong.

It reads what your panel already declares

Catch-up, connection limits, expiry dates, series structure, posters and plots: everything comes from the fields your panel publishes. Where a field is missing, the app shows nothing rather than guessing — so a subscription without an archive shows no replay control, and nobody writes to you asking why a button does not work.

What it will save you

Fewer "it says my password is wrong" messages

When a panel refuses a stream on a one-connection package, Tivsy says another device is using it. When a subscription has lapsed, it says so with the date your panel reported. Those two account for a large share of what reaches a provider's support inbox, and both are answered before the customer opens their email.

It warns before the subscription ends

Three days before the expiry date your panel reports, the app tells the customer. Renewals that happen before service stops are renewals you do not have to chase.

The honest part

It is free, with advertising

Tivsy is complete and free. Advertising appears on browsing screens and never over playback; a one-off purchase removes it. Your customers are not asked to pay us for anything they already pay you for.

There is no partnership and nothing to sign

We do not resell, host, aggregate or endorse any service, and we cannot help a customer find one. There is no affiliate scheme and no fee in either direction. If the app makes your subscribers happier, recommending it is the whole of the arrangement.
