Tivsy is a player. It carries no channels and no content, and it never sells you any. These terms cover what you get, what the subscription does, and the one thing you have to bring yourself.
What Tivsy is
Tivsy plays media from an address you already hold — an M3U playlist, an Xtream Codes account, or a media server on your own network. It ships with no channels, no playlists and no catalogue, cannot search for or discover a source, and has no way to obtain one for you. Whatever you play through it, and your right to play it, is between you and whoever supplies it.
What you are responsible for
You confirm that any source you add is one you are entitled to use. Tivsy does not verify, host, cache or relay a provider's content; it opens the address you typed and draws what comes back. If a source stops working, changes hands or turns out to be something you were not entitled to, that is a matter between you and the provider.
Premium
Premium is offered monthly, yearly, or as a single lifetime purchase. On iPhone and iPad it removes advertising; on Apple TV, where there is no advertising, it opens films and series. Live television is free on every platform. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Apple TV through Universal Purchase.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple Account is charged on renewal at the price shown at the time. Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings on your device; deleting the app does not cancel it. The lifetime purchase is a one-off and does not renew.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, not through us, so refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. We cannot issue, refuse or reverse one. Apple's request page is reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Sources, credentials, favourites and viewing positions stay on your device. There is no Tivsy account and no Tivsy server for them to be sent to. The privacy policy sets this out in full.
What we do not promise
The app is provided as it is. A provider's stream can fail, change format, or be withdrawn at any time, and no player can prevent that; Tivsy carries more than one playback engine and moves between a channel's addresses precisely because it happens. We do not warrant uninterrupted playback, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid, to the extent the law allows.

These terms may be updated as the app changes; the date above says when they last were. Questions go to support@tivsy.app and are answered by a person.
