When nothing loads
Almost every case of "it stopped working" is one of four things, and three of them live at the provider rather than on the phone. Checking them in order takes about two minutes and saves reinstalling an app that was never the problem.
Is it one channel or all of them?
Open two or three channels from different groups. If one fails and the rest play, that channel is down at the source and there is nothing to fix on the device — providers lose feeds constantly and rarely remove the dead entries. If nothing plays at all, carry on down this list.
Check the account before the address
An Xtream Codes line that has expired behaves exactly like a wrong password: the list loads short or not at all. Open your provider's panel or their message to you and confirm the expiry date and the username. This is the single most common answer, and it arrives silently — nobody is warned the day before.
Is the line already in use somewhere else?
Most subscriptions allow one or two simultaneous connections. A television left on standby, a set-top box in another room or a second phone counts as one of them, and the third device is refused. Turn the other devices off properly and try again before concluding anything.
Then the address itself
Re-enter it rather than trusting what you typed a month ago. Check the port number, that http and https are as the provider wrote them, and that nothing was lost when the address was copied out of a message. If you are on a VPN or a public network, turn the VPN off once as a test: some providers block whole ranges, and some networks block the port.
Common questions
Does Tivsy provide channels?
No. Tivsy ships empty: no channels, no playlists, no catalogue and nothing to search. It plays the address or the account you already have, which is also why a dead line cannot be fixed from inside the app.
It worked yesterday and not today.
That is usually an expiry or a connection limit, in that order. Neither changes anything on the phone, which is why nothing on the phone fixes them.
The list loads but the posters are missing.
Posters and descriptions come from the provider too. A playlist without them is not incomplete — it simply carries channel names, and nothing can invent the rest.
Should I reinstall the app?
Rarely worth it. Removing the app removes your sources and resume positions; try the four checks above first, and if the line plays in another player it is worth writing to support.
Four checks, in order, before anything is reinstalled.
